The Groundwork phase takes place in month 1 of 3 and consists of strength training divided between 3 different days of the week based on pushing, pulling, and lower body movements. Burst training is the key to shredding fat while also building muscle in this phase.
The Full Body Fusion stage takes place in month 2 of 3 and consists of full body strength training workouts along with burst training and extra core training. In this phase, the UNDER 30™ training program will train your muscles to work together to optimize your movement efficiency and overall athleticism.
In this phase, you take on a whole new identity: Super(set)man. This phase takes place in the final month and is the most intense muscle building, fat shredding, testosterone elevating phase of all. You will be performing 2 to 4 different strength exercises back to back to back to back in supersets throughout the workouts. Burst training is a key component here as well. This is where everything comes together; where workout warriors are made.
